Manages citywide training program. Develops and administers training programs for employees, assess training and development needs for the organization, creates and implements training programs and manuals, develops and maintains a training database; presents in-person training sessions and collaborates with all departments throughout the organization to assess training needs. Works with third-party trainers.

Requirements

Graduation from a regionally accredited two (2) or four (4) year college or university with major course work in Training, Human Resource Management, Education, Psychology, Sociology, Business or Public Administration or related field. Possession of training certifications preferred. Five (5) years of experience in development of training content and facilitation, coordination or oversight of training activities; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

Valid Driver's License and maintenance of clean driving record.
