Reporting to the SVP, Chief People Officer, the Vice President of Total Rewards will lead and assume overall accountability for strategy development, analysis, design, implementation and administration of global compensation and benefits programs for the corporation. The Vice President of Total Rewards strive to ensure all programs align with global business objectives, are effective in attracting, rewarding and retaining key talent, and are fully competitive and compliant with local legal and regulatory requirements. The Vice President of Total Rewards will also driving the development and implementation of HR technology systems relating to total rewards programs.

  • Builds an international total rewards strategy that attracts superior talent, motivates and retains top performers and is fully aligned with our business strategy, strategic plan and good governance practices
  • Designs programs that clearly link compensation and performance management to our pay-for-performance philosophy
  • Drive executive compensation program, working closely with our CPO, CEO, external consultants, and the Compensation & Management Development Committee of the Board of Directors
  • In collaboration with the CHRO and CEO and with review and approval from the Board, designs and administers Equity and Incentive Plans

  • Directs, oversees and participates in the development of automated HR solutions and recommends process improvements, innovative solutions, system enhancements and maintenance of all HR modules and interfaces. Works collaboratively with IT and the global HR team to implement new and enhanced Human Resources Technology
  • Develops a strategy to gather metrics and analytics to use HRIS data to identify, facilitate and solve business needs and challenges
  • Interacts with C-level executives, the Senior HR Team and the Board of Directors

Requirements

  • Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to identify market trends and develop/execute practices which support company’s business strategy
  • Previous experience designing and administering executive total reward programs including presenting to outside directors and other stakeholders (regulators, ISS or equivalent)
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work with business leaders and HR Partners to identify and resolve issues
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to quickly gain credibility with senior executives
  • Proven global experience implementing and maintaining successful compensation strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cultures and organizations
  • Strong record of excellent people leadership and developing highly effective teams
  • Action oriented and hands-on and adept at working in a fast paced, complex organization with global capabilities
  • Candidates should have 15+ years of compensation and systems experience with a minimum of 5 years leading and managing a global compensation function in a multi-national publicly held company
  • MBA, Master’s Degree in HR/ILR is preferred; CCP Certification
